In conjunction with our strong overseas partner network we offer LCL services to and from all major worldwide ports. Our consolidation depots are based in Rotterdam, Holland and Antwerp, Belgium. We offer two services:

(a) a weekly European transshipment service which consolidates cargo in our Rotterdam hub. Cargo on this service originates from all over Europe, including Eastern Europe and is shipped into Cork, Dublin and Waterford and then distributed throughout Ireland.

(b) an Asian and Indian subcontinent LCL import service. We offer services from all major ports in the Far-east and Indian Sub-continent which ship either direct to Dublin or as consolidated into Rotterdam or Antwerp depending on the origin and then move into our Dublin customs bonded warehouse, for customs clearance and subsequent delivery to our clients.

Project Cargoes and Out of Guage movements

Celtic Forwarding Limited, has vast experience in the shipping and handling of large out-of-guage equipment and machinery and has been involved in many high profile movements of expensive and time sensitive equipment as well as the regular movement of gas and electricity generation project cargo.

Over the years we have moved shipments by ocean from single machines to the chartering of large ships. As members of the Global Logistics Projects Network (GPLN) and through our strong links with like-minded partners located throughout the globe we are able to get expert local transport and customs knowledge which others would find difficult to get.
